Return Policy

At Al Raad Electronics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

General Conditions for Returns:

• Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as personal care items, opened software, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
• Condition of the Product: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any product that is damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Steps to Return a Product:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. Please provide your receipt or order number and details of the product.
2. If the return is approved, please send the product to our store or use the provided return shipping method.
3. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and will be processed within 7-10 business days once the return is approved.
• If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used during purchase.

Exchanges:

• Products can be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
• If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for the defective product.
• In some cases, we may require pictures or documentation to process the return.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
